Joseph Carlin, Food Historian & Public Health Nutritionist, will give a brief history of established food companies and their origins here in the region: Prince Spaghetti Co., Ben & Jerry’s, Underwood Deviled Ham, Trappist Jellies and many, many, more. It promises to be a nostalgic lecture.
