Speaker: Ann Carrol, Director of the State’s Office of Water Resources, will summarize the latest thinking on droughts and flooding in New England and what is and can be done to prepare, manage and adapt.  Ann is grateful to have grown up in Ipswich and has happy memories of playing in its rivers, ponds, marshes and ocean. She has over 25 years of experience in the field of Water Resources. This is a very timely and important lecture for us all.
